Shipping policy
We aim to acknowledge all orders as quickly as possible.
In most cases we will process any orders received before 12pm on the same day and dispatch the following day which will then be subject to the appropriate delivery times listed (and the responsibility of the courier to abide by the delivery times promised). We accept no liability for delays as a result of third party courier deliveries.
Orders received after 12pm will likely be processed the following day.
Next day deliveries whereby a premium has been paid (before 12pm) will be processed for next day delivery. Any 'next day delivery orders' received after 12pm may not be processed until the following day and then subject to next day delivery.
We endeavour to provide our very best in every order and dispatch and deliver as quickly as possible.
Should you encounter any problems receiving your purchase, please contact us immediately info@pollylop.com quoting your purchase reference (and contact number if appropriate). We monitor these emails every 2 hours and aim to resolve and respond immediately (including a courtesy phone call to update/advise).
